Welcome to SPASM, the SPeedy way to create Assets for Stop Motion!
I like to use stop motion animated sprites in my games. Prior to creating Spasm, that involved a tedious and time-consuming step in which I individually opened each frame of the animation in a photo editing program to shrink it down to a usable size and crop it to the right dimensions, then used a different program to make its green screen background transparent. Spasm is a bulk photo editor that allows me to edit all the frames at once. Even better, it dynamically creates a mock-up of the entire animation so I can see the effect of my edits in real time. Spasm runs as as a standalone executable. The edited photos appear in an Output folder with practical serial file names.
